Sven Rayen is internationally recognized as a tattoo artist and ranks among the very best in his field. In parallel with his tattoo practice, he has quietly developed an independent body of work.
A visual language that has largely remained outside the public eye until now.
With #SHAPS, this work is brought together for the first time.
The exhibition reveals a concentrated and thoughtful world,
in which material, structure, and reduction take center stage.
Each artwork carries a subdued intensity. Sober in appearance, yet layered in experience.
